My name is Kien Nguyen, and I am a graphic Designer currently living in the South Bay Area in the city of San Jose. I graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Design with an emphasis on visual communication. I specialize in print and web work and incorporate many creative disciplines such as fine arts, photography, and illustration into my work.

Graphic design is a hobby, a passion, and a profession of mine. I am a designer who notices every visual element around me and find inspiration in the most random things. I love typography and experimental design. I believe design is a way to visually problem solve— it serves a purpose, communicates an idea, and makes something beautiful; design is the bridging of art and functionality.
